We provide tools to send SMS messages, look up numbers and, when available, test message delivery. Features marked as planned may change or never launch.
3. Your account
You must give accurate business details, keep your login and API keys secret, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
4. Prepaid balance
Services are paid from a prepaid balance. Prices are shown before you confirm each action. See payments and refunds.
5. You are the sender
You choose the content, sender name and recipients, and you are responsible for them under the law of your country and the recipient's country. You must follow our acceptable use policy.
6. Delivery
We pass messages to suppliers and mobile networks we do not control. We cannot guarantee delivery, speed or that the sender name is shown unchanged.
7. Suspension
We may block traffic, suspend or close an account, and hold the balance while we investigate, if we reasonably believe these terms or the acceptable use policy have been broken or if a supplier, network or authority requires it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use means you accept the update.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state]. Disputes go to the courts of [place], unless mandatory law says otherwise.
